Notice is hereby given that the governing body of the Town of San Felipe will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at the Town Hall
Council Meeting Room located at 927 Sixth Street for the purpose of considering the following agenda.

IX. OLD BUSINESS:
1. Discussion and possible action concerning building permit applications.
2. Discussion and possible action concerning keys to the lower pasture.
X. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion and possible action concerning a request from Alicia Needham regarding a petition for street, alley or easement closure at College
Street between Sixth Street and Campo Santo Street.
2. Discussion and possible action for donation to State Park.
3. Discussion and possible action to adopt a Resolution canvassing the returns of the May 2, 2026 General Election held for the purpose of electing
candidates to the offices of the Town Council for the Town of San Felipe, Texas.
4. Issuance of Certificates of Election for the May 2, 2026 General Election and take action to swear-in and administer oath of office to newly
elected Council Members.
5. Discussion and possible action to elect a Mayor Pro-Tem for the 2026-2027 Town Council.
