Council Meeting Room located at 927 Sixth Street for the purpose of considering the following agenda.

1. Discussion and possible action concerning building permit applications.
2. Discussion and possible action concerning keys to the lower pasture.
X. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion and possible action concerning a request from Bobby Byars and Lorena Callis regarding a petition for street, alley or easement closure
at 4th Street between Fannin Street and Campo Santo Street.
2. Consideration and possible action concerning a request from William F. Sodolak (Bill Sodolak) regarding the placement of a digital billboard inside the
town limits of San Felipe, Austin County, Texas located at 5227 SE I-10 East of FM 1458.
3. Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution No. R2026-2- A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF SAN FELIPE DONATING THE AMOUNT OF FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($5,000.00) TO THE STEPHEN F. AUSTIN STATE PARK FOR THE ENHANCEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE STATE PARK FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE.
4. Discussion and possible action concerning purchasing equipment for the streets department.
