1. Discussion and possible action adopting a Resolution No.R2026-3- A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A MUNICIPAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR THE
MAINTENANCE, CONTROL, SUPERVISION, AND REGULATION OF STATE HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE TOWN LIMITS; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS;
PROVIDING FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN OPEN MEETINGS CLAUSE.
2. Discussion and possible action adopting Resolution No.R2026-4- A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF SAN FELIPE ACCEPTING A DONATION IN THE AMOUNT OF THREE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000) FROM JOHN R. SELMAN AND MAGGIE B. SELMAN CHARITABLE TRUST.
3. Discussion and possible action authorizing Mayor Bobby Byars to execute an Audit Engagement Letter between the Town of San Felipe and Armstrong,
Vaughn & Associates, P.C. regarding fiscal year ending September 30, 2025.
4. Discussion and possible action for the approval of the replat of Lot 17 - Home Site Lots Addition Subdivision Plat, Town of San Felipe, Austin County,
Texas.
5. Discussion and possible action concerning review of Personnel Practices and Policies.
