Council Meeting Room located at 927 Sixth Street for the purpose of considering the following agenda.

1. Discussion and possible action concerning building permit applications.
2. Discussion and possible action concerning keys to the lower pasture.
X. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Brazos Breeze Estates, being a subdivision of 13.32 acres being a replat of Lots 92, of Garden
Outlots Addition, Town of San Felipe, Austin County, Texas.
2. Discussion and possible action authorizing Mayor Bobby Byars to execute an Audit Engagement Letter between the Town of San Felipe and Armstrong,
Vaughn & Associates, P. C. regarding fiscal year ending September 2024.
3. Discussion and possible action concerning the baseball field.
4. Discussion and possible action to designate a representative and alternate to attend the 2026 General Assembly.
5. Discussion and possible action authorizing Mayor Bobby Byars to execute an Engagement Letter between the Town of San Felipe and Hudgins - Groover
Real Estate regarding street appraisal(s).
XI. Executive Session:
1. Pursuant to Local Government Code 551.074 the Town Council will meet in closed executive session to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation,
reassignment, duties, discipline of public employee(s).
XII. Open Session:
1. The Town Council may take action on items discussed in closed session.
