Notice is hereby given that the governing body of the Town of San Felipe will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at the Town Hall 

Council Meeting Room located at 927 Sixth Street for the purpose of considering the following agenda.

IX.  OLD BUSINESS:

     1.  Discussion and possible action concerning building permit applications from the following:  Manuel Villagomez and Valeria Villagomez, Trent Dusek and

         Jonie Dusek, GMAC Inc. 

     2.  Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution No. R-20024-2- A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF SAN FELIPE, TEXAS APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE HOUSTON-GALVESTON

         AREA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS-AUSTIN COUNTY HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN 2024 UPDATE:  AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS; PROVIDING FOR A 

         SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN OPEN MEETING CLAUSE.

 X.   NEW BUSINESS: 

     1.  Discussion and possible action adopting an ordinance/resolution amending the FY 2023-2024 Budget and authorizing Mayor and staff to transfer the necessary

         funds/CD to cover expenditures.

     2.  Discussion and possible action authorizing Mayor Bobby Byars to execute a contact for auditing services with Armstrong, Vaughn & Associates, P.C. regarding

         FY ending 2023.
